About Us

Our Mission

To provide the general public with an intuitive, web-based investment platform, to democratize the sourcing of real estate capital, and to create and service stand-alone secured loans as alternative investments that benefit our investors, borrowers, and society.

Our Company

Loan Pie was founded with the conviction that the public deserves the same opportunity to profit from real estate investments that banks have enjoyed for decades. Our cutting-edge platform exists to make it easy to invest in real estate, or fund the purchase or refinancing of a property.

Loan Pie is a funding portal for residential and commercial real estate loans. We offer the opportunity to invest in loans secured by real estate while earning interest via payments delivered at your preferred frequency. We also provide borrowers with an alternative means to fund the acquisition or refinancing of residential and commercial properties.

You work hard for your money. Your money should work hard for you. Invest in real estate with Loan Pie and get your slice.

Jason Corrado, Founder & CEO

Jason has honed his expertise in real estate and finance over thirteen years and thousands of transactions as a Missouri licensed real estate broker, Nationwide Multistate Licensed System (NMLS) lender, and co-owner of a Missouri appraisal firm. As founder and CEO of Asset Disposition LLC, Mortgage Investment Management LLC, and C4 Capital LLC he has spearheaded the restructuring of distressed real estate and loans into performing assets to capitalize on, and assist in the recovery from, the financial and mortgage crisis of 2007/08. He has owned loans and property in 37 states. His experience in the industry, knowledge of the market, and conviction that capitalism be further democratized have inspired him to launch the Loan Pie crowd investment platform.
